About Us

Aminu Ibrahim and Co. (Chartered Accountants) was established in 1980 by Alhaji Muhammadu Aminu Ibrahim, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom. He retired on 31 December, 2004 after ensuring that the practice of his dream is firmly rooted to face the challenges of accounting practice.

At the moment, there are four Partners namely:

Musa Isa Idris, B.Sc., FCA, ACTI
Kunle Lasisi, B.Sc., MBA, FCA, ACTI
Habibu Muhammad, B. Sc., ACA

The firm has in its employment over forty (40) highly motivated and dedicated staff out of which fifteen (15) are qualified Chartered Accountants. Other technical members of the firm are graduates of universities and polytechnics who are candidates at various levels of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria examinations.

The firm provides a variety of professional services in the areas of statutory audit, accountancy, forensic audit, financial management consultancy, taxation, staff management, receiverships and liquidation.

Company secretarial services are rendered through an associate company - Miyetti Nominees Limited headed by an experienced lawyer.

The firm’s offices are located in Kano, Abuja, Kaduna and Lagos.

The firm provides specialized services tailored to meet the peculiar needs and expectations of clients having regard to the highly volatile market forces operating within the economic environment. Within this operational framework, the firm’s mission is “to reflect the ethics and integrity of the accounting profession in the provision of value oriented financial services”.
